💾 Data Retrieval Service 💾 📦 Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our location. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with appropriate tracking and insurance. 🚗 Local Meetup: A flat fee of $20 applies for a convenient in-person meetup within city limits Quincy, Ephrata, George, and soap lake. 🚚 Pickup: If you prefer, we can arrange for a pickup of your device. The pickup fee is determined based on distance and location. Please contact us to discuss the pickup details and associated costs. 💻 HDD Removal (If Required): If you haven't already removed the storage device from your device, we offer a flat rate of $20 to safely remove it. This includes reinstallation of the storage device back into the original device it was removed from if requested by the customer. 💽 Data Retrieval Fee: For successful data retrieval, the fee is $100. Our skilled technicians will make every effort to extract all requested data from the hard drive and transfer it to a thumb drive or external hard drive. If, unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve the data, the charge is reduced to $40. 🔒 HDD Wiping (Optional): If you require secure erasure of your hard drive, we offer an optional HDD wiping service for a flat fee of $30. This ensures that all data on the drive is permanently and securely erased, protecting your privacy and sensitive information. 💾 Storage Device Provided: We offer storage devices for purchase to ensure a seamless storage solution for your retrieved files. The price, brand, and specific model may vary based on availability and requirements needed to successfully complete the backup. 📏 Storage Capacity: Simply let us know the storage capacity you require, and we will provide a suitable storage device to accommodate your needs.
